I have not been able to access my virgin media account since becoming a customer a few months ago. It asks me for email & password then says it's wrong , I've tried 'forgot email/password'  it asks for my dob and customer number , I give this correctly then it says it can't find my details .I'm sick to death of trying to access my account. I can't even reset my email address and password incase I've put the wrong email address when registering my account .just getting absolutely no where everytim I try

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the MyVM account 😞
I've had a look on my end and I can see that there is already one account setup.
Due to the issues you are having and with the previous attempts you've given, I will assist you on this.
