My landline is out of action. After exchanging a number of posts, I understand that an engineer's visit has been arranged, details of which can be found via the self help a/c or Virgin Media Application. Every attempt to log in to either is met by the response that my user name and password (which I have been using for years) are not recognised. Every attempt to remedy the situation is sending me round in circles.
This is driving me to distraction. I am most grateful for the help and assistance provided by David but I am at the point of total exasperation because it is seemingly impossible for me to discover the date and time of my engineer's visit.
Words (almost) fail me.
Can you please help me - can you at least let me know the date and time of the engineer's visit.

With regards to accessing your online account, can we ask if you have tried a different web browser and device? Also, deleting all cookies/caches and history may also help resolve this issue.
