ANOTHER landline phone not working after switchover

Virgin Media your help outlets are not good enough!! I switched over my mum's hub to hub 3, and her phone is still not working. I've followed the website supposedly for this issue too many times to count, somehow expecting different help each time, but it leads to a dead end when it leads anywhere at all!! PLEASE HELP, and please do better by your customers!!!!

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your Mum's landline! Can I ask if this has been switched to a Hub connection? If so have you made sure the phone no longer connects at the wall?

Yes it has been switched to hub connection, and is no longer connected to the wall. There is no ring tone at all, and she cannot make or receive calls
