I’ve been callIng VM for nearly a month to get my number ported over, i’ve always been told it can take up to 72 hours but nothing as of yet has happened.
Are VM just bad at doing this or are they not taking me seriously?
Anyone else had this issue?

Can you confirm if this is for cable or mobile?
If it is mobile can I also confirm that the number you wish to bring in is still active on another line as if it isn't we will not be able to port it in.
Also can you advise who is the original owner of the number BT or Virgin ETC?
