A bill I don’t know about

Hello I am due to get virgin put into my house for  broadband and tv 

they did a credit check and that’s come back that I have an outstanding bill. But the problem is I’ve never used virgin before I’ve never used anyone apart from EE about  year ago for my internet. 

so I was wondering if you could help me out a little with this
