84 year old mother without landline for 3 weeks now!!!

since the changeover disaster a few weeks ago my Mother has no way of contacting anyone as she does not use a mobile. we were told an adapator was being sent and nothing appeared.  I have also tried to call from my mobile but you get put round in a loop of utterly useless voice messages and then eventually cut off.

last Friday we had someone call from the overseas call centre telling me an appointment would be sorted out for her. again nothing to confirm this.

the only thing you have managed to do is continue taking the money from us.

An absolute shambles this is.
