i thought the rollout was expected to be completed mid '22, but im still on the old system - is there a way to request a switch (due to positioning ideally id like to move it to the hub sooner rather than later regardless of downsides) or is it still on gradual rollout?
Thank you for posting on the forums in regards to your landline and updating it to work via your Hub.
At present we are in the process of rolling out the changes, area by area. This is something we may be bale to assist with if you want to make the changes earlier but it isn't something that we can guarantee or is always possible.
