21CV Documentation is wrong

Just like to call out a mistake I noticed in the documentation.

URL: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/landline/switchover

Section: What if I don’t have a free socket in my Hub?

This calls the connector an RJ45 connector, when it is in fact an RJ11 connector. RJ45 is the larger connector used for IP networks.

This has been mentioned many times before but VM very rarely takes any great interest in correcting errors on its web pages.

For months, the equipment returns page and the section 'What equipment to return' was missing photos and a description of any items of equipment so making the page totally useless.

In the recent past, VM's web pages and documents told customers to sent cancellation letters to a long-closed office in Nottingham. I think it was more than a year before all traces of the closed address were removed from VM's online documents and pages.

It may be a long time before the RJ45/RJ11 gets corrected, if it ever does.
