I require a phone connection upstairs and downstairs in my house. Basically a landline that has a phone upstairs and downstairs, like the standard home set up. This facility has been cut off by Virgin, please explain why and when it can be repaired. Thanks

Can I please ask if you have the traditional landline with us 

Or have you been upgraded to a Hub connection
