Hi, can anyone tell me what my area code is for York so I can set up my Virgin Media account please.

I had it installed in July but haven’t received a welcome email and it’s not on the info the engineer left, just my account number.

I can confirm that the area reference that you need for York is 22 and please do let us know if you have any further issues
