1571 not working on Home phone despite reseting many times it does not reset. Please help
Sorry to hear 1571 is not working
Do you have the stuttered dial tone that indicates a message is waiting
Also when you dial your own line do you get the voicemail option

We no longer have any stuttered dial tone or voicemail option, 1571 no longer connects to any caller.
It needs putting back onto our landline somehow. If I dial 1571 I get the "You have no messages" but it does not work again with any caller.

This is an easy fix and can take 48 hrs to get the voicemail back on
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

I have added the Voicemail option to the landline now
The only downside is it takes upto 48 hrs to be active.
It will be available from midnight Saturday
