150 not working & Amazon Prime App on TIVO

When I dial 150 I get a message immediately ‘Sorry there is no reply’ Should I still be able to use this number? I wish to find out how to get Amazon Prime App on TIVO box. I have it on my V 6 box, but there is no icon in ‘All Apps’. Please advise.

Thanks for posting back on here and sorry to hear you're having some issues. 

 

Are you referring to the 150 as in our customer service line? Have you also tried to dial 0345 454 1111 at all? As this will also put you through to our team. 

 

In regards to your Amazon prime error, the TiVo doesn't actually  support Amazon Prime meaning you cannot download it to your TiVo.
