We have lost 1471 functionality after home phone went dead as a result of apparent network problems, which have since been resolved. This seems from other posts to be a common problem. Have wasted hours trying without success to get help by phone. Can someone tell me how to get the issue resolved?
No change. When we dial 1471 we get a message that says: ‘Sorry, the service requested is not available from this line’. All was working normally before the phone was cut off as a result of a faulty card in the network box. The phone was successfully re-connected yesterday, but as you see 1471 is not working. (Can you confirm that 1471 is still the correct number to find out last call received?)

I have had this message for about a year! I’m fed up trying to get it resolved. Now the price of my package is up and I have not been getting a full service! It may be free but Virgin are not fulfilling what I’m paying for. I’ve tweeted and called several times and got nowhere.
