1471 stopped working after landline fixed by engineer
Looks like I have a common problem, but don't know how to get hold of Virgin without calling them. My landline was broken, then fixed by an engineer, but since then, caller id and 1471 has stopped working. Please help.

I have taken a look over this and can see that it wasn't added to our switch, I have taken the opportunity to get this added back on for you, please could you try again and let me know if this has worked?
