Following a recent engineer visit to fix a fault on the home phone, the 1471 service 'is not available on this line'. It was working previously. I've seen similar posts on this which have been resolved, so here's hoping.

I am very sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your landline service when trying to call 1471. Is this problem ongoing for you today? If so, are you noticing any issues with any other numbers you try to dial?
Can you also take a look at our Service Status page to see if there are any known area impacting faults that may be causing this for you at the moment?
