1471 number not working

on ‎26-04-2022 10:54

I had a visit from a Virgin technician on 25-04-2022, for a faulty phone.
The fault has been fixed but I have no 1471 service now, any help would be appreciated, thank you.

The phone message is = the service requested is not available from this line.
