1471 not working

Never had an issue with this service before but it's now not working. Not had any recent fixes or problems with the phone but it's just dead now when we dial 1471. Why is this? Has the service been withdrawn?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the 1471 service. I've had a look at things from our side, and raised this with our FMS team, if you can please check this again i 48 hours, and let me know if there is any change.

Still not working (after 48hr) which is very frustrating. Feel we pay a lot for landline services because of patchy mobile reception, and didn’t realise how much we used 1471 until now. Hope this can be fixed.
