1471 not working, has failed a number of times before. Failure appears to occur when engineering work has been carried out.

Sorry to hear 1471 is not working on your landline. We want to do our best to help. Are you following the instructions as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/landline/last-number-called-on-landline If so how long has this issue been ongoing for? Does this occur with multiple calls?

This problem has occured over a number of years, was ok until virgin took over the system. Have reported the fault and 1471 has been reinstated, lasts for a couple of months then ceases to work.
