1471 not working

I have just noted 1471 is not working on our home phone. Could this have something to do with recent maintenance work in the area when we had no dialling tone for a couple of days. Someone suggested the Forum team could fix this remotely

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with 1471 not working.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.

I have just re added 1471 to the line.

This should be working again with in 24 hours
