Sorry to hear the features are not working on your phone. Just to confirm were the features once there and then stopped working or were they never enabled on your device?
Yes, they were working but stopped over 6 months ago. Not changed our phones or settings. Call ID used to show on screen but not any more. 1471 gets the message ‘Sorry, the service requested is not available from this line.’
