My mother-in-law has lost the 1471 function on her home phone. When dialled the following message is received 'sorry the service requested is not available from this line’.
We are not sure when the issue started but did have a similar issue in March when the Caller ID function dropped of the server.
Could you please check the line and reinstate the 1471 function if possible.

We have managed to add the 1471 services back onto your mother-in-laws account.
Please could you ask her to attempt this and let me know if this has worked.
