When we dial 1471 the message is ‘ sorry, the service requested is not available from this line’
The phone is plugged into the main phone socket and as far as I can tell it hasn't worked for a long time. We don't use it much but would like to know what numbers call and dont leave a message.

So that we are able to assist you further, would you be able to let us know, do you know if your phoneline is connected to the back of the hub (21CV)?
My phone is connected to a wall socket, not the hub
Can you please check 1471 again now please and let me know if it's working?
I have just checked and it is working now
