1471 not working

I would be grateful if someone from Virgin could fix my 1471 facility please?   It is no longer working.  

Recorded message saying "Sorry the service requested is not available from this line"

Thanks for passing security 

I have had to raise this issue with our 2nd Line Faults Team 

It looks like the feature 1471 has been removed from what we call your Switch 

It is an easy fix though, It just takes a few days for it to be looked and and sorted
