In the Brighton area and 1471 is not working anymore. I get the 'not available on this service error'. Checked my service status but it says OK.
I have noticed this error on the forum before but I'm not sure how to fix it.
Is it just a case of waiting for someone from Virgin to pick it up?

I would expect you just need a line refresh but I can get our telephony department on it for you.
