1471 not working, "secondary account"

1) The 1471 function & caller ID has stopped working.  It is perhaps coincidental, but my 'phone stopped working at Christmas, the fault - which was found to be with the exchange - being fixed on 31 December.

2) The website will not let me view my latest bill, telling me that "This is a secondary account".  This is not a message that I have seen before

There have been no changes in my package.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.  

 

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline and viewing your billing amount. 

 

I have taken a look into the account and when sorting the landline issue it looks as though we didn't put 1471 back on, I have now re-added this for you. 

 

Have you previously had issues when trying to view your bills?

Thank you for this reply. 

The 1471 function appears now to be working.  However, the caller ID still displays only 'incoming call', rather than the number of the caller.

I tend not to view my bill if the charge is only the basic amount.  However, I have not experienced problems with viewing my bill in the past;  and - as I said - I have not seen the 'This is a secondary account' message before.
