1471 not working after service

My Parents had her phone serviced because of a fault and is not working.  However 1471 no longer works.  was told to post here.

Welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for taking the time to post here.

I'll be happy to help with this - we'll just need to reactivate the 1471 feature for them as it's likely to have 'fallen off' the switch after the original issue was rectified.

We have now removed and re-added the 1471 feature so it should now be working. 

Please do ask if you parents can check for us and let us know if they have any further issues from here.
