1471 last caller numbrr

For some reason I'm being told this service is not available from this line. How do I fix this

Hi Dlo,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some problems with the 1471 service. 

Can you confirm if you're using a tone or pulse phone? The below will advise how to check-

• Once on the home phone  press number 5 on the telephone.
• If the sound you hear is a definitive beep, then this is set to tone.
• If you hear a half a bleep or a series clicks or sounds, this is set to pulse
