I see a number of posts about this but no resolutions. Looks like VM need to do something but hanging on the phone for 20 mins so thought i'd do it this way
So, 2 hours spent talking to Live help yesterday evening only to be told, Oh, I get an error, I'll transfer you to technical support.
Guess what. ........
So try again today. finally get someone to respond and despite saying its about 1471 I get, "Hi you're speaking to Deepak, I can see you have issues with broadband. we can certainly help you today."
Errr, no you cant because its my 1471 service not my broadband.
Then after giving my details yet again, because I have to work and dont get back to him in 15 mins he drops the chat.
Grrrr I AM SO **bleep** **bleep** OFF.
