My 1471 service has disappeared suddenly. What can I do about it?

When I dial 1471, I get a the phone number from a call on Dec 1st. My package has been the same for a year, though the price increased in November.

Sorry to hear the 1471 isn't working. I can run some remote diagnostics for you however it may cause your equipment to reboot. I'll send you a PM to confirm you account details, but also to make sure you are OK with the reboot.
