1471: 'The last incoming call history doesn't exist'

Hello my dears,

I have a new Virgin Media phone line. When I call 1471, an admittedly soothing voice informs me that 'the last incoming call history doesn't exist'.

What can I do to correct this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry you're having some issues with the 1471, I've had a look at the back end of things and have passed this over to our second line faults team who will look into this within the next 24 hours, they will be in touch personally.
