1471 Stopped Working Beginning of the Month

Hi,

1471 last caller id has stopped working, last caller id tells me phone number and date of 3rd November.

I have taken a look on our end and can't see that there are any issues with the provisioning on your account for 1471.

Hi Zak,

 

I have phoned my home number via my mobile and let it ring.

It still told me the number from the 3rd November.

I then pressed 5 to clear it.

And tried again.

It now say the last caller is cleared.

I do have an answering machine and have tried with that disconnected.

Still no joy.

Would be grateful it you would have another look please.

Sorry the 1471 feature is still not working for you caerwyn. I've had a look and it is enabled but I've raised a ticket for our 2nd Line Team to take a look at the switch to make sure that the feature is enabled on there. It can take up to 72 hours for them to look and check. They "may" call you to check the feature but do pop back on here if it's still not working after 72hrs.
