I successfully made a call yesterday morning using 141 to withhold my number. Half an hour later I tried to make another call using 141 and had the message that 'this service is not available on this line'. I've tried to call several different numbers (mobiles and landlines) using 141 and none of them work. I have called virgin twice but the problem still exists. Both times they believed they had fixed it. I can make calls providing I don't want to use 141 to withhold my number. Any ideas?
Hi, I have checked that the key tones are set to on. The service was working on Saturday morning. 15 minutes later when I tried to use it again, I had the message saying 'sorry but the service requested is not available on this line' and I have not been able to use it since.
