100 days and still counting

Iv had an issue with my house phone not working at all for 102 days and counting, keep having technicians sent to my house and they keep saying the same thing over and over again that the problem is not a physical fault that they can fix and has to be sorted by virgin data techs and it’s an area problem. But the problem is still live and still no house phone

Have you familiarised yourself with the compensation scheme for outages?

at £8.40 per day across a 102 day outage period that is potentially rather a lot of compo!
