Was recently contacted by sales team via 0800 052 1251 number. At the time was unsure if this was genuine number but have since confirmed that it is. Was offered a brilliant deal by them but rejected it as wasnt sure.
Is it possible to get in contact with them again or have I missed my chance there.

I am an existing customer - although still fairly new as took out package i think it was march this year. They called and offered me quite a good deal I wanted to speak with them again regarding it if possible but am unsure who to get back in contact
Okay no problem. If you are unable to get in touch via the number they rang you on you will need to call customer services on 0345 454 1111 and go through the relevant options for upgrades/regrades. If you explain the situation someone should be able to assist you with this.
