Hi,
My mom has received an email saying she owes £13.54 on my dads account who is now deceased. I've logged on and can see £6.68 of these charges are for calls to 0345 and 0844
His account shows a charge of £6.52 to an 0345 number and 16p to an 0844 number
I was under the impression 0345 was totally free so why has she been charged for this?
They have applied a credit on his account of £63.44 even though his bill was £68.96 a month
I was also under the impression nothing further was owed. Based on the above she has to pay £5.52 for charges not credited back and £6.68 for call charges?
Can someone please PM me and look into this further for me?
