App won't connect to Hub 3. App messaging cannot help, 3 telephone operatives ended up suggesting i use another device. Maybe, just maybe, the app doesn't work with the latest version of Android??? Can anyone at VM help please?

Same issue using new iPhone, so tried old iPad it connected but keeps on falling over whilst doing initial scan

Cant connect to any of my Apple phones!  Tells me I'm not connected, when I am!
