Using the information we have, @Kippies is right, your down stream power levels are showing as too high and we'll need to get an engineer out to fix this.
I'm going to send you a Private Message so I can grab more details from you, please reply back to it so we can get your service back up and running as expected again.
Im not to bright on internet related stuff but whats the issue with high power levels with downstream/ what does it do to your internet
