had this issue the last 4 months or so, during peak times my upload rate gets ruined and am unable to stream to twitch without dropped frames. I've been streaming for 2 years now and have had 0 problems before.

this is a daily occurrence at 4.30/5pm every. single. night. 

Had 2 technicians out and no one can tell me why my upload goes from 40mbps to 4mbps
