Just a quick update for you, upon checking remotely the fault ticket F008013004  which is affecting you is advising the issues should be resolved today at an estimated time of 12.00pm.

I can't say I'm surprised that the date has been pushed back 

I also can't say I am happy about it but at least I can get some games in during the day as long as the weather is nice

I'm wondering if someone here give me some straight answers.

Are the area issues ever going to be fixed?

Or are VM just waiting for everything to blow over and other customers to leave so they can get out of doing anything about it?

Am i fool for not just getting out of here and switching ISP asap?

6 months of this now and how much longer am i supposed to wait?

We appreciate it's frustrating parr86lid2, we're frustrated too as this isn't the level of service or experience we want for any of our customers.

 

The technician and engineers will be working hard to fully resolve this as soon as possible.
