My 6th estimated fix date is due next week but VM won't be doing F all about it.
Before someone says we know it is frustrating, it's not, it is infuriating.

The area issue you were advised of is still ongoing, with an estimated fix date of 12th August.
Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues with your connection after this date.
I guarantee I will still be having issues after that date because everyone in this forum knows that VM don't fix high utilisation issues in a hurry.
