It's fine I didn't know what they were until I worked for virgin, an SNR outage is the sound to noise ratio this effects intermittent speeds and slow connections it affects broadband, tv and if you have 21cv can affect this as well, there is no update if you pop back on the 15th I can take a look for you 🙂
Thanks for posting, just a quick update for you the SNR issue is no longer showing on our faults ticket which means this would have been resolved. The High utilisation issue is still on track to be completed by the 17th of June at 12.00.
