ping issues

Hello i am using a hub 3 on m500 using an ethernet cable connecting to my pc I game a lot mostly on league of legends and I have noticed that throughout the past few weeks my ping has gotten a lot worse coming from having 20 ping to getting minimum 40 ping wondering if there was anyway to fix this I went to customer service and they just said restart the router saying there's nothing on there end which I already did many times, below is my BQM graph

Discover the latency of your connection to the public internet using :-

https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats for Latency & Jitter.

Any Latency or Jitter seen in on line games that exceeds this is caused by the distance to the game's server and the behaviour or their load balancers.

Not your VM connection.

And according to your BQM, your VM connection is very good - I'd swap with you any rime.
