packet loss

On our wavelength

image.pngI am getting a lot of packet loss for no reason. Due to some research I have concluded that the packet loss is originating from the cabinet on my road shown in the screenshot above.

Also i am wondering if I am on the copper cables or fibre?

When will virgin media start fibre cables directly to the routers instead of the cabinet?

Due to the new hubs not resetting the T# counters every 24hr its unsure how long them T3 timeouts have been there from your last reboot of the hub.

Your screenshot shows fine its not important if you get packet loss to the hops because with a higher TTL to get to your target is showing fine.
