hi so a while ago we had a engineer out and he said he put in a booster but we would need to get someone out as it wasnt a permanant fix now im having packet loss and some games wont let me play at all discord is always dropping out saying its packet loss is thee any at home fix i can do o make this stop

its also caused some tv channels to become pixleated now aswell

The packet loss is clear to see on your BQM, so you can't do anything to fix this.    A VM technician will need to find and fix the fault.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

yeah i managed to get through to them via telephone enginner is booked for the end of the week  hopefully they will do the permanant fix this time and not just put another booster in somewhere
