a week ago our internet got disconnected to find the engineer connecting a new line but since that day our internet has been poor. the times i want to relax and play the Xbox or even Netflix the internet struggles to perform. im getting high latency (in red) msg appear and high ping (in red) on call of duty, my ping reaches 200 odd for rocket league and cod, fifa it pauses' then catches up really fast. ive done alot of reading into the issue and i think its down to the overcrowded issue as I played 2 games of cod during the day and it wasn't as bad compared to eve when I want to play I cant play it. ive just set up one of the BQM to get results from that side. I spoke to the engineer and he said there's too many on the green bin and has had to split my cable into the flat above me. ive had issue's with virgin but this is the worst so far as playing 4k content or playing the Xbox dosnt exist anymore.

yeah the engineer came out to add the customer said it will fix the issue but clearly it hasn’t then. It’ll be nice to have it work smoothly and not get fobbed off each time. I’ve been told and from the last engineer the cables need fixing but still after 4yrs nothing happened
