latency and packet loss spikes - area 22

Hi,

Can someone from support help please? When connecting in the morning and evening peaks and playing battlefield V I always get severe packet loss spikes that result in me getting kicked from the server. You can see when im trying to play early morning and evening (far right)

Connection monitor results below. I've already had an engineer visit who said all power levels were ok and replaced the hub, but still facing issues:

Re: latency and packet loss spikes - area 22

Can you post your upstream and downstream power levels..

Go to 192.168.0.1

Do NOT LOG IN- Click router status

hub31.jpg

And post Downstream and Upstream levels..

Re: latency and packet loss spikes - area 22

Pre and post RS errors are way high- can you reset the counts and see what the levels are like after a couple of hours.

@ModTeam  can someone check local segment?

@dudload

Can you also set up a BQM-

Looks okay- can you set up a BQM

 HERE

Run it for say 24 hrs, and post the result.

Re: latency and packet loss spikes - area 22

Thanks Kippies,

I'll reset the errors and send through after a couple hours of running.

I posted the BQM in the first post though - do you want me to run another one?

Thanks!

Doh, late night syndrome- nope no need for another

If you could post an updated screenshot or the live link, just so I can see what's happening over time.

Re: latency and packet loss spikes - area 22

In VM terms area codes are just billing. You can have the same  area code as someone a couple of hundred miles away...

@Jock299  @dudload  can you both PM me your postcodes Ill see what I can do to get this escalated.

Not making any promises except that Ill do my best to get some resolution for you both....
