latancy problem

Hi im just reporting this in but me and 4 houses has started a BQM and we have noticed all of us that at a 5/6pm latancy goes all over the place now power levels on the all our hubs are fine and in check so we know its not that but upload power levels are we bit low but not to low so im asking if someone can get this reported in so it doesnt become a problem thanks but all i can say my street we all talk and keep each other up to date

Thanks for those details 

I have arranged for an engineer to attend

You can see the time and re arrange if needed through your online account 

The engineer will have a look at everything for you 

We can also then refer this to a Network engineer to monitor the street

hello engeneer has been and he said on my end there is no problem he fixed the power levels and he said there is something going on between the cabinets so yes some things has been fixed but the latency is still all over the place and he said he can see it but can report that in to his boss but thats it. so no my problem is still not fully fixed. u got any other ideas

I can't see any further information on the account, it would be helpful if you can get back to us with fresh bqm/hub data - this will help us raise any potential issues with the networks teams.
