internet cut out

any ideas why my net would cut out most evenings and give me this on my router log Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;


been every night for like 2 weeks now barely get an hour without it happening

Might be worth doing a pinhole reset.

> hold the reset button in for 60 seconds, let the hub reboot.

> that will clear the log of T3/T4 timeouts then monitor the hub over the next few days.
