insane packet loss and late packets when more than one device on network

I've been getting ridiculous ping spikes and high packet loss when gaming. Ive used both wired and wireless connection. I've been through all the fixes recommended by virgin and they havent helped. ive run the diagnostic test and threres apparently no problem on their end either but I still get packet loss. 

This is an incredibly frustrating issue and ive been considering cancelling my internet over this issue.

I pay for M200 fibre these kind of speeds shouldnt be typical at all

We have looked at the area and can see that it is suffering from high congestion and the fault reference number is F007335827. We are working hard to resolve this. Chris.

Hey Chris,

Do you have any frame of reference of the time frame this issue could be resolved in? its extremely frustrating and ive been considering cancelling my service over this.

I was told 4 months ago (for an issue that is now 7 months old) that they'd be fixing it by Feb this year (same fault reference). They've pushed the dates back and back again. If you have ANY other options for broadband, I would highly recommend going with someone else, since this doesn't look like it'll be fixed any time soon.
