we are having massive issues since yesterday, not sure what's happening but seems to lose connection for like 3 seconds and comes bk on, wich is annoying when watching things but when in an online game and in game parties we i get kicked out of my game and chat, its not on iv got 350mb package and tv and phone pay alot of money and its driving me mad, I can't stream my game or anything and yes it's on WiFi and wired cat 7 cables, I will be canceling of this carries on I can't get through on the phone or online chat and I'm in contract but I couldn't care less
Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.
